Is it useful if I already take reservations over WhatsApp?
That is exactly the point. You can keep receiving the request over WhatsApp and record it in ReservaTab, so it lives in the calendar and the floor plan instead of a notebook only one person understands.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. The system handles access levels, so front-of-house staff see what they need for their shift and administrative information stays with the right people.
Does it help with no-shows?
Yes. You can record an initial deposit at the time of booking. It is the most effective measure to reduce no-shows, especially on high-demand dates.
Can it be used together with RestBar Plus or Menú-Click?
Yes. Each covers a different stage: ReservaTab manages the table before the customer arrives, Menú-Click is the menu they check when seated, and RestBar Plus handles the order, the kitchen and the till.
