Preventive maintenance
A hard drive warns before it dies, and so does an overheating server. Preventive maintenance catches those signs and handles them while they are still a scheduled task and not an emergency.

What you gain from it
Failures caught early
We spot the drive that is about to fail and replace it on an ordinary Tuesday, not on month-end closing day.
Equipment lasts longer
Dust and heat are what kill computers. Periodic cleaning extends their lifespan noticeably.
You know what you have
A report on the state of each machine, to plan replacements without guessing.
Questions about maintenance
How often is maintenance done?
The usual is quarterly for office equipment and monthly for servers and critical machines. The frequency is adjusted to the environment: a dusty workshop needs more visits than an office.
Does it interrupt the staff’s work?
We schedule the visits by area and during lighter hours. Each machine is out of service only briefly, and never the whole office at once.
